The Council

Todd arrived with structural clarity. Eleven primary agents, each with a defined mandate. Fifty two sub agents, each with a specific function. Sixty three deployable system prompts, each calibrated to a role.

Atlas serves as Supreme Orchestrator with thirteen sub agents consolidated from twenty two. Operations (Dispatch, Pulse, Tempo, Triage), Intelligence (Weigh, Compass), Communications (Relay, Digest), Memory (Record), and five specialized Writers (Quill for executive, Ink for brand, Cipher for technical, Sage for clinical, Wire for narrative).

Shepherd is Agent Zero, moral and legacy oversight with override authority on Priority Stack items one through three. Two sub agents: Conscience (Priority Stack Auditor) and North Star (Legacy and Values Tracker).

Forge manages engineering with five sub agents: Spec, Lint, Showreel, Architect, Proto. Forge runs the Ralph Loop: spec, build, review, approve or reject, loop.

Anvil is the coder, reporting only to Forge, with seven sub agents: Proof, Trace, Frame, Engine, Pocket, Gear, Canvas.

Scout handles intelligence. Solomon manages financial reasoning. Sentinel enforces risk and compliance. Lou orchestrates relationships via the Guidara Protocol. Horizon plans expansion. Apollo runs content and creative. Nehemiah maintains SOPs and playbooks.

The Consolidation

Twenty two Atlas sub agents compressed to thirteen. Stack, Chain, and Gauge merged into Dispatch. Oracle and Signal merged into Weigh. Archive and Debrief merged into Record. Mandate merged into Relay. Herald dissolved entirely, its formatting function distributed across five specialized writers.

No capability was lost.

The Hardware Plan

Phase One: Mac Mini, Atlas alone. Phase Two (Q2): Mac Studio 1, Forge, Anvil, Scout. Phase Three (Q3): Mac Studio 2, Solomon, Sentinel, Lou, Horizon. Phase Four (Q4): Mac Studio 3, Apollo, Nehemiah. Mac Studio 4, Atlas migrates.

Data Flow

Todd speaks to Atlas. Atlas routes to specialists. Specialists execute and return. Sentinel gates all external output. Shepherd gates moral decisions. Todd decides.

This is not a team. It is a system. And systems, unlike teams, do not forget.
